How often do we ask someone "Hey, how are you?", without receiving an honest answer?
The taboo around topics like suicide and depression is slowly being broken, but most of us still find it difficult to openly and honestly talk about it. We often don't even admit it to ourselves when we need help. We created this film to raise awareness about mental health, in particular depression.
