A journey into the master’s workshop, following step by step the birth of a master concert violin.
Experience, passion, technique and love are the ingredients of Luca Primon’s violins.
You will discover all the charm in the construction of a Primon concert violin, as you were close to him in the workshop.
Luca will speak, teach and work for you, choosing the spruce in Val di Fiemme (specifically in the Paneveggio’s forest) and illustrating the best way to split it and season it.
Afterwards you will attend every phases of the building, from soundboard’s gluing to the final fine tuning, without forgiving the varnishing.
Once finished, the violin will be examined, valued and played in concert.
