'Every Summer, in July' is a personal shortfilm about the Tour de France, shot on Super8. Already in his childhood filmmaker Andreas Scheffer followed the world biggest bicycle race on TV. Back then he asked himself how it would be like in reality. When he was a young adult he got the occasion to answer his question: for a TV station he followd the Tour de France eight times. While being there he started to capture moments and to look around behind the scenes.
