This work centers on a hyacinth that accidentally falls and is forced to leave its original environment. It follows the journey of the hyacinth stumbling forward in a city. From initial confusion and fragility to gradually recognizing itself, the hyacinth struggles and grows in an unfamiliar and stressful environment.

Along the way, the hyacinth experiences comparison, self-doubt, and survival crises. After going through these challenges and standing up again, it arrives at a fork between an artificial flower field and a natural grassland, where it makes its first choice—not to be placed anymore, but to decide where it wants to go.

The work is presented by combining 2D characters with 3D environments. Through the contrast in texture and space between the character and the environment, it emphasizes the character’s isolation and unease in the city, extending into its inner transformation. The visuals and rhythm are shaped through post-production compositing and editing, with music used to build emotional progression, allowing the audience to experience the hyacinth’s changing state of mind from its perspective.
