Synopsis
In a distant future, Brussels is the last livable place on earth, thanks to its regular rain.
The city is flooded, and a thick gray sky forms an ever tighter cover over it.
Transformed into a vat and overrun by wild brewer's yeasts, Brussels starts to ferment.
Facing this new threat, a commission of randomly selected residents was asked to define a strategy.
