The story is about Rita and Massimo, husband and wife, who one evening receive a strange phone call. On the other side of the handset, a very familiar voice seems to be asking for help, but the line is noisy, it's not clear. So, worried, they try to call their daughter, Alessia, who fortunately is fine. Who could it be then? Perhaps Valentina, Rita's sister, left alone with her little daughter in a very isolated farmhouse. The spouses then get in the car to reach her and when they arrive at the farmhouse what they find out there does not bode well.
