Mia, a lonely 30-year-old widow who lost her husband 9 months ago. Mia lives alone in a dark and dreary London and has isolated herself from the world. Her only friend is her 60-year-old boss Nigel, who convinces her to go on a blind date with charming Sebastian. At first, Mia goes on the date with a despairing outlook on love. Still, an unexpected chemistry with Sebastian leaves her dazed, sending Mia into a catastrophic, surreal nightmare with her grieving past.
