Synopsis
A scar on the face of an elderly man, victim of abuse and abandonment by his daughter, is the starting point for a journey of memories. Images from the past reveal the perpetrator as an aggressor against his daughter, his wife and other vulnerable people. Going further back in time, the cycle takes us to the adolescence of the elderly man, who is bullied because of his scar, the legacy he received as a child from the domestic violence in which he was raised. What would this cycle be like without the scar? A film that shows violence as a cycle, of which we are all a part, and which urgently needs to be broken.
